S2K Hospitality Launches Strategic Expansion of Fast-Casual Dining Experiences
Norfolk, Va. (September 23, 2021) – Two local entrepreneurs have joined together to form S2K Hospitality, a new management and development company that focuses on restaurant franchises in the fast-casual dining category across the Hampton Roads region.
Founded by lifelong friends Neel Desai and Bijal Patel, S2K Hospitality is committed to creating a fun and memorable fast-casual dining experience that brings the community together. Desai and Patel are successful entrepreneurs in the Hampton Roads market, known for their work in the hospitality and restaurant industry.
S2K Hospitality currently manages four Which Wich locations across Hampton Roads, including Williamsburg, Suffolk and Norfolk. Which Wich is a national fast-casual dining chain specializing in custom-crafted sandwiches, salads and milkshakes. Patel originally founded the local Which Wich franchise in 2013 and partnered with Desai in 2021 on S2K Hospitality to expand to additional franchise brands and more locations.
